Consistently courteous and very polite staff, and fab food!!!

Pancakes, eggs, muesli, cereals and pastries provided. Units with partial view of the hudson. Magnificent, unbeatable location in New York, just next door to Harlem and downtown, and the restaurant, bar, terrace and reception is. Besides, easy to get to Madame Tussauds New York.

Overall original hotel, nice meals.

The property was clean, featured nice design ; I enjoyed it. The room met needs well, fashionable on the 27th floor. The decor was great and the staff were exceptionally kind. This hotel was located in a central area close enough to Times Square, the port authority subway station which Services many of the subway lines, clubs.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from major attractions. I enjoyed the efficient design of the room and the friendly staff who were helpful throughout my stay. The bathroom privacy could be improved, and I found the limited storage space challenging.
